Bertram Fan Page

Bertram Winkle is one of the  main characters on Jessie. He is the Ross family butler. He is disinclined to work and quite sarcastic. He is shown only doing work, however, when the Ross parents are visiting. Bertram also maintains a collection of antique kitchen tools in which he names and takes care of.
